Installation was quick & easy.
No filing/removal of material from bottom of trigger to fit rotating MKII safety. The eccentric pin projecting from a screw threaded thru the Basix trigger was rotated to make light contact, then locked into place with a small hex nut. The stock needed to be opened up inside to prevent contact with trigger, easily done with a wood rasp.
Trigger pull is adjusted using a 5/64 Allen wrench - easier to use than the .050 Allen wrench common to other MKII adjustable triggers.
The Basix trigger is investment cast & indicates this but all contact surfaces are machined & polished. Ruger factory sear is used.
I set my trigger at 2 pounds. Ability to hit small targets was greatly improved @ nice 2 pound pull vs. 5-6 creepy pounds.
