Product Information

For rifles, this bullet is designed for explosive expansion in varmints and small game and with accuracy characteristic of the MatchKing bullets. The nose tips of this bullet is made of a proprietary acetyl resin compound, and the sharp tips improve the ballistic coefficient over the traditional flat-base Spitzer bullet design. The 40 grain BlitzKing #1440 has a flat base. All the BlitzKing bullets in 22 caliber are designed to be fired at muzzle velocities up to 4400 fps.

For handguns, the BlitzKing bullet is especially effective in varmints and small game for the full range of centerfire cartridges in 22 caliber. They have outstanding accuracy, a flat trajectory and superb expansion in small animals even with the smaller-capacity cartridges. The 40 grain #1440 bullet is recommended for smaller cartridges, such as the 22 Hornet up to the 222 Remington.

This is not loaded ammunition.

Great Stuff...

Been using this 40g bullet for my 1-9 twist heavy barreled AR platform. Absolutely stellar results on varmints up to coyote size. Really an extra fine performer out to 300+ yards for delivering explosive results! A very recommended bullet for .223 Rem or 5.56 NATO!!!

I find Serra Bullets to be very accurate in every Rifle I have! From 17 cal. to 30 cal. I haven't found a Bullet that will out preform their accuracy! They may cost a small amount more but in the long run they boil down to be cheaper as far as accuracy and missed shot 's! I do a Ton of Varmint shooting and these by far out preform other brands!
