Product Information

ACME + Coated Bullets are coated in red HiTek coating and named "Lipstick" rounds.

These lead cast bullets are made from 92-6-2 alloy and then are coated in HiTek coating.  The benefits to shooting are numerous and include:  The coating molecularly bonds to the bullet totally encapsulating it.  Coating prevents lead to bore contact.  Less smoke as associated with traditional lubed bullets.  Range FRIENDLY!  Bullets feed well in automated bullet feeders.  Shoot higher velocities without lead fouling.  Can be shot through polygonal rifling.

The 9mm 145 RN-NLG is a non-lube groove bullet thus has a longer driving band creating greater accuracy during the firing process.

Sized to .356

This is not loaded ammunition.

Great subsonic plinker

By Matthew H. on Aug 29, 2021
I used the data from the Hodgdon website for Titegroup powder to work up a nice load to duplicate the ballistics of my 147 grain defense ammunition. These loaded easily and shot nicely. No complaints at all. I've used Acme coated bullets before in revolver loads but this was my first experience in autoloaders. The coating holds up well.

great value

Good stuff

I’ve had outstanding results with these bullets. I generally cast and coat my own projectiles but haven’t had much spare time as of late and these were a great substitute.

acme 145 gr 9mm

By Fred O. on Jun 20, 2019
nice bullet, it's more stable and accurate than my usual 135 grainer through Bar Sto .355 bull bbl. the only issue that I got is it won't drop properly in my Mr. Bullet feeder, it has to be re- calibrated to take 145 gr bullet.
