Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

6mm Remington brass

By Randy B. on Apr 29, 2023
Been other brands of 6mm Remington brass and decided to give PPU a try. They fire form in my improved chamber nicely. Better than most of the other brands I have been using. Will buy as long as they are available.

6mm. Remington brass

By John K. on Apr 11, 2023
I find this Brass to be very good, especially when I have had to re-form 7mm. Mauser to 6mm. Rem. because no one had 6mm. Brass. Thank You Graf for stocking hard to find components!

PPU 6MM REMINGTON BRASS

By Howard F. V. on Apr 07, 2023
I have used 8mm Lebel PPU brass to reform into 10.4x47R Italian brass, it worked fine. This time I purchased 6mm Remington PPU brass, I believe the quality is there and the price is very competitive. I have purchased PPU 7.65X53 Argentine ammo before and it was fine. All in all, I am comfortable to recommend PPU brass and ammo. I'll look for PPU 9.3x74R brass/ammo for my next project.

Graf and Sons is been my go to for reloading supplies

PPU 6mm brass

By Jeffrey D. on Mar 05, 2023
This is good quality brass, and I appreciate the company continuing to make available calibers that the major American manufacturers are now ignoring, as well as some European calibers such as 9.3×62. Good job to graf’s on fast shipping too.

Good quality brass

By David P. on Feb 17, 2023
Bought in 6mm Rem, which is almost impossible to find. I like the caliber as the J9 Herter's homebuilt rifle was a present from my grandfather when I was a teenager. I am now 67. I first bought preloaded PPU 6mm from Graf and Sons, which shot fine. Never had a problem at all. Time come to replace damaged or lost brass. Only choice was to reload as I had be doing to the earlier brass. Several places list 6mm but no one has it. I only occasionally shoot this rifle now so this makes a reasonable and affordable solution

Great Brass

By Christopher L. on Jan 23, 2023
The Prvi brass is just as good as the other brands. Have never had any problems with it. Grafs has the best prices and they stock the not so popular caliber brass.

2nd Caliber purchase of PPU

By GEORGE L. on Jan 22, 2023
This is my second PPU caliber purchase. I'm finding the consistent quality to be exceptionally good given the lower price point of PPU brass. Graf's does an excellent job with packaging. I've noticed many other vendors have resorted to saving money by using inadequate packing material and/or flimsy containers. The condition of the package upon arrival is an important factor which drives my vendor choice. I would not hesitate to buy more PPU again or anything else from Graf's.

Good Brass Fired Once No Sign Of Any Problems!

6mm PPU Brass

By Warren L. on Jan 14, 2023
Great looking brass. Loaded a box of 20 with one of my standard loads--no issues. Haven't fired them yet (I don't do winter weather like I used to) but don't expect any problems. It's good to see 6mm Rem. brass available at a reasonable price. Now if I could just get PPU or Starline to make brass for .250 & .300 Savage!

PPU 6mm Remington brass

Good brass and products, in general. I have been reloading PPU brass for years without any issues.

uniformity

By Philip A. on Aug 12, 2022
Most uniform brass i have ever purchased. Case neck thickness required no trimming. Case weight varied no more than half a grain. Reloaded twice, cleaned, annealed, resized. Loaded 3 more times cleaned, annealed, resized then checked length. No trimming required. superb brass!

Thin brass

By Nelson H. on Jul 02, 2021
Developed a load for my 6mm using brass from another manufacturer. I checked the usual suppliers and Prvi Partisan was the only brass to be found, so I thought I would try it. When received I neck sized, uniformed primer pockets and trimming to length. Of 50 I discarded 5 because the primer pockets were so deep the uniformer would not reach the bottom of the pocket. The case necks were very thin a smaller bushing was needed for the neck sizing die.
I loaded the Prvi Brass with a charge used many times in other brands of brass and, as often as not, my bolt would stick shut from excessive expansion of this brass. It would have required FL resizing every reload. I’m not a fan.

Glad to find 6 mm Remington brass in stock.

Good Brass at a fair price

By S Peter P. on Oct 06, 2019
Visual inspection followed by loading then performance is pleasing. I shoot both 6mm and 6mm AI. Primer pockets are very uniform, no off-center flash holes, I fire form the 6mm AI, turn necks for both and use moderately hot loads and get up to 7 loads per case. Toss up between PPU & Hornady but superior to Winchester.

Decent brass

By Michael S. on May 28, 2019
I fireform 6MM Rem brass in my 6MM Imp chamber and was having a tough time finding the parent brass. Saw the PP brass and decided to try some. I've heard both good and bad stories about it but you never know until you try it. In raw form, it measures exactly the same as my Remington, Winchester and Hornady brass does. I saw no difference in the loading process either. Haven't shot it enough to know how many reloads I will get out of it but will buy some more down the road.
