Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Beat brass

By John M. on Dec 30, 2022
I use Peterson Brass for 6.5 Creedmoor, 280 Ackley, 300 win mag and now 300 Norma. I have used Winchester Remington Lapua Nosler Hornady and ADG. Peterson is my favorite. ADG is also very good. I like them both better than Lapua.

Fantastic brass. Showed up on time in good condition and it seems as if the brass has been organized in the case by weight and appears to be ready to load out of the box

This lot of brass didn’t grow as much as some have described. Roughly 0.007” increase after one firing.

Consistent measurements and ready to load out of the box.

A great decision. The brass arrived on time. The tracking was on point. The brass came packaged in individual sleeves instead of thrown on top of one another. The packaging made it easy to inspect each piece. A great product from a great distributor.
I can’t wait to load and fire form.

300 Norma brass

My brass measured .016” shorter headspace than my Manson “go” gauge. I had to fireform the brass before it was completely usable in my chamber. After that, it was good.

300 Norma Mag Bress

I love this brass. Its base is very hard so it lasts a long time without expanding the primer pocket. And it is very uniform in sizing and overall weight.

very well made brass , consistent, Like how they ship their brass in ammo boxes with foam padding to protect case mouth from dings in shipping unlike other manufacturers.

Will purchase more going forward.

300 Norma Mag-Peterson brass

So far I am really liking this brass. It is of Lapua quality. I have 7 loads on 1 piece, primer pocket still tight. Is working much better for me than the Norma brand.
